視導(dǎo)活動(dòng)分三步走,首先聽(tīng)課兩節(jié),然后評(píng)課研討一節(jié),最后集中反饋兩節(jié)。高三每門學(xué)科安排兩位教師上一堂復(fù)習(xí)教學(xué)研討課,緊接著在學(xué)校同馨佳園、甌江書(shū)院進(jìn)行評(píng)課活動(dòng),開(kāi)課教師說(shuō)課談反思,同伴互助,專家點(diǎn)評(píng)。
